blocking technology of automobiles precision

Casting parts
with the existing Deep Hole make the holes to
be blocked and to twisted; that could be a key
error.
- How to fix the errors
As Spring with a high stiffness is inserted into metal molding, it keeps high contact surface of sides between Pin and Pin of metal mold or between Pin and sides of metal mold. In this way, the errors are fixed.
